AltQR
Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
AltQR is a dynamic QR and NFC stand for shops. This page explains what we collect from the waitlist and enterprise form, and how we use it. It is written for a Uruguay-first launch under Ley 18.331.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or request an enterprise quote we collect business name, WhatsApp / mobile number, email, business category, billing preference, and any message you send. We may also store the currency or language you chose on the site.
Why we collect it
We use this information to tell you when AltQR Cloud is ready, to answer your request, and to plan hardware delivery. We do not sell your data.
WhatsApp and email
You agree we may contact you on the WhatsApp number and email you provide. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to that message.
Who we share it with
We use hosting and email providers to run the site and send messages. They only process data to provide that service. We do not share waitlist details with advertisers.
Your rights (Ley 18.331)
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Write to us from the email or WhatsApp number you used on the form and we will handle the request.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to launch and support your shop.
How to reach us
Use the waitlist or enterprise form on this site, or reply on the WhatsApp thread we open with you. There is no other public inbox yet.
Note
This notice describes current waitlist practice. It is not legal advice. Terms for paid subscriptions will be published before we charge a card.
